Guests looking to utilize Disney digital services should know that there are widespread technical difficulties across a number of Disney’s applications, including the Walt Disney World website and My Disney Experience app. The technical difficulties appear to have worsened over the past hour or so as much of the Walt Disney World website becomes unresponsive.

At this point, it’s unclear just how widespread the problem is (or what the problem is), but the Walt Disney World website is struggling to even load webpages. A notification of the technical problems is not available on the Walt Disney World website, but a notification is available on the My Disney Experience app.

    Pardon the Inconvenience
Some of our digital experiences may be unavailable at this time. We’re actively working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
