Guest Charged for Hitting, Threatening to Kill Disney Security Cast Member Due to Face Mask Rules

A disturbing incident has been reported by the Orlando Sentinel today after a man was arrested after reportedly hitting a security Cast Member in the head after being reminded to wear a face mask.

The Orange County Sherriff’s report said that the man hit the security Cast Member in the head and threatened to kill him after being reminded of the park’s rules about wearing a face mask.

“We expect guests to treat our cast members with courtesy and respect, and while the vast majority of guests have adapted to our new measures, this unfortunate case required law enforcement,” Disney spokeswoman Andrea Finger told the Orlando Sentinel.

Enrico Toro said that the security Cast Member swore at him and they got into an argument. Eyewitness statements said that it was Toro who got irate and started to use profanity before hitting the security Cast Member.

The security Cast Member said that Toro, his wife, and three children were found to be wearing improper masks at the EPCOT bag check and were asked to come back with proper masks. Upon returning a second time, one of the children still didn’t have a proper mask, which is when Toro reportedly started cussing and said the police “will have to shoot me to leave”.

Toro struck the security Cast Member in the head as the Cast Member was calling for backup and Toro’s wife had to push her husband away from the Cast Member. The security Cast Member is willing to press charges.

    1. Very glad to hear that they are pressing charges. Keep it up, Disney. Let’s put these snowflake, entitled losers in jail, where they belong. You hit a cast member, you get prosecuted. I don’t care about the reason.

    2. Why is it that people think they don’t have to follow rules. And then get mad when they are told. All this info is on Disney website so people know ahead of time. It should come at no surprise to anyone goin to the parks . I guess you can’t fix stupid

    3. Please drop snowflake from your vocabulary. While you and I agree on the outcome in this situation, the very notion that this idiot is a “snowflake” is a misnomer. Cheers
