A refurbished and widened walkway is now open at Disneyland as the first phase of the Tomorrowland entrance overhaul project has been completed. It’s all work part of Project Stardust, an initiative that should see wider walkways, ease of guest flow, and more enhancements around Disneyland Park.
As you can see in the photos below sent to us from our friends at Discover the Magic on Instagram, the entrance rocks, sometimes called the “french fry” Tomorrowland entry rocks by Disney fans, have been removed.
Here’s a look back at the area earlier this year before the work started (and while Astro Orbiter was under refurbishment).
Another look at the area when it was under construction.
More photos from the area this morning.
If they put the new TOMORROWLAND sign (or the old one) that Magic Kingdom has, it would be sooooo much better!!
