Disney has recently announced that they have begun issuing partial refunds to Annual Passholders as a result of the extended closure of the Walt Disney World water parks.

We are writing to let you know that the partial refund due to the current closure of Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park has been processed and you should receive your refund in the mail soon.

We wanted to thank you for being important members of our Walt Disney World® family.

Annual Passholders who have water park admission as part of their pass will be refunded a pro rated amount of either $0.27 per day if they are a new Annual Passholder or $0.23 per day if they renewed their current pass.

As a reminder, Disney is planning on reopening one of the Disney World water parks on March 7, 2021, but Disney hasn’t specified which one will open.

  1. Been waiting for the refunds for our Platinum passes since July, talk about a lack of priorities. Disney need to get their act together, the brand is dissolving beneath them.
