According to Disney, Expedition Everest will reopen this weekend at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney recently removed the reopening date from their website, leading to speculation that the refurbishment may be delayed, but the roller coaster will reopen April 16th. Expedition Everest will return to operation as a Disney Genie+ attraction.
No changes are expected to the Yeti, which remains broken.
