Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse can be found in a new (old) location today at EPCOT. The iconic duo have been temporarily relocated to the Imagination Pavilion following “technical difficulties” at their typical CommuniCore Hall location. We made it out to EPCOT today and found them meeting in the lobby of the Pixar Short Film Festival area. It’s unclear how long Mickey & Minnie will be meeting at the Imagination Pavilion, but Cast Members at the Mickey & Friends meet and greet were helpful with directions on where to meet Mickey and Minnie during the unexpected downtime. Here’s a look at the temporary change.
Mickey & Friends Experiencing Technical Difficulties at EPCOT
While the Mickey & Friends meet and greet was closed, other parts of CommuniCore Hall, including the seasonal Disney on Broadway exhibit and CommuniCore Plaza area remained open to guests.
Making our way over to the Imagination Paviliion, we found Mickey and Minnie in the lobby of the Pixar Short Film Festival venue. This is where Mickey and Minnie previously met for the Disney100 anniversary, and even prior to that celebration.
