In the final hours before the deadline to cancel their Annual Passes, Disney has updated their website to notify Passholders that they can enter the phone queue until midnight Eastern tonight to cancel their passes.
If you are in the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue by midnight Eastern Time on August 11, please stay on the line and your call will be handled by one of our Cast Members. If you have further questions, concerns or unique circumstances, now or after August 11, please contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support for assistance. We appreciate your patience as we answer all inquiries.
Passholders who have seen a decline in value of their Annual Passes due to a variety of factors are able to cancel their passes and receive a refund. As noted, the deadline to enter the long phone queue to cancel a pass is tonight at midnight. Disney will offer refunds based on a complex formula that you can see here.
Passholders have faced phone queues of three hours or more in recent days.
