As part of the Magic Kingdom entrance overhaul, Disney is wrapping up construction on the western resort dock. This dock will not only serve as a landing space for resort watercraft, but also as the eventual entrance for the Grand Floridian walkway that is almost open.
Here’s a look at the latest progress for the new Magic Kingdom resort dock.
It’s likely that the structure on the left will be for bag check, while the structure on the right will be shade to wait for a water taxi.
Disney has not announced when this project will be completed.
