According to the Disney Park Pass reservation system calendar, all four Walt Disney World theme parks are at capacity for New Year’s Eve and only EPCOT is available for Annual Passholders to book for December 30th.
Disney raised their attendance caps by 40% for what the holiday season. Of course, there are still limitations as to how many guests are allowed in a theme park at one time. Guests who wish to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks now through early 2022 must have a valid ticket AND a Disney Park Pass reservation.
