Things that make you think “hmm”. According to the Disney Park Pass reservation calendar, guests are already targeting Thanksgiving week for Disney Park Pass reservations. In fact, Hollywood Studios is already at capacity for resort/regular ticket guests for the start of Thanksgiving week – November 22nd. Here’s a look at the calendar. Annual Passholders seem less likely to target dates too far into the future given the restriction of only being able to hold 3 Disney Park Passes at a time.
We wouldn’t panic just yet though, as it’s quite likely that Disney will raise theme park capacity between now and then, which will mean that more reservations will become available at a later date.
So, what can we learn? If you’re an accountant at The Walt Disney Company, it has to be encouraging to see what appear to be strong bookings for the holiday season already. At this point, Disney has not announced any Halloween or Christmas plans, but it appears that Thanksgiving will continue to be a very popular time to visit.
As for the rest of us, Disney is already forecasting a busy summer, so make sure that you make your plans as soon as possible – especially if they include Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Magic Kingdom.
